About

Every decision, on the record.

Decisions get remembered differently, actions go unowned, and the follow-up never gets written. Faa exists to fix that without adding a vendor, a licence per head, or a copy of your conversations outside your control.

Our mission

Make every decision traceable to the words that made it.

And do it inside the organisation that held the meeting. Records live in your SharePoint, AI runs in your Azure subscription, and every claim Faa makes points back to who said it and when.

Faa takes its name from the Arabic letter فاء. Arabic is part of the product, not a translation layer. The interface, emails, Teams cards, Word files and Planner tasks all work right to left.

What we hold to

Five principles, built into the product.

01

Receipts, not recollections.

If Faa can't quote it, it doesn't claim it. Every decision carries its exact words, speaker and timestamp.

02

Your boundary, not ours.

No bot on the call, no note-taker vendor, and no third-party copy of your meetings.

03

Honest over helpful-sounding.

When the meeting didn't cover a question, Faa says so rather than guessing.

04

Controls you can inspect.

Confidential mode enforced in code, signed releases, and a “My data” page for every person.

05

The organiser stays in charge.

Nothing reaches Planner without the organiser, and reminders stay few: at most three per task.

Momentum Solvers

Faa Intelligence is engineered and supported by Momentum Solvers, and deployed inside each customer's own tenant. The Azure OpenAI models Faa runs on are validated by Momentum Solvers, and Momentum Solvers agrees terms with each organisation directly.
