Start with one team. Judge the records yourself.
Faa isn't sold from a rate card. Momentum Solvers agrees terms with each organisation based on the people in scope, meeting volume, languages and rollout, so the agreement fits how you'll actually use it. AI usage is billed by Azure, to you.

Compiled from public vendor pages and published list prices, October 2026; re-check before relying on them. Features, languages and prices change, so check the vendor's current page. "Not found in documentation" means we did not find the feature in the documentation we checked; it is not a claim that it doesn't exist. The note-taker column describes Otter and Fireflies. Copilot's Planner sync is in public preview and needs the organiser to accept it.

Security & data
Where is our data stored and processed?
- Records at rest: your SharePoint, in your Microsoft 365 data location.
- Faa compute: the Azure region you select.
- AI processing: follows your Azure OpenAI deployment type, and that deployment's terms apply.
How do we check what we deploy?
Every release is cryptographically signed. You receive the verifier and the signing-key fingerprint through two separate channels, so you can check a bundle before you deploy it. After installation, your IT team can run 30 automated checks with faa verify.
Can people opt out, or keep a meeting confidential?
Yes. Capture is opt-in, Faa can be turned off for a single meeting, and confidential meetings can be excluded. In confidential mode no emails are sent, Ask Faa is limited to the organiser, the record is deleted after seven days, and nothing goes to Planner.
Getting started
What does our IT team need to do?
Faa is deployed into your Azure subscription and Microsoft 365 tenant, with your IT team in the loop. Planner starts in Watch only until an admin turns it on.
What does a pilot need?
One team and its recurring meetings, opted in by the people in them. Success measures are agreed up front: share of actions completed on time, time spent writing up meetings, and how far attendees trust the record.
Do we need Microsoft 365 Copilot licences?
No. Faa doesn't need Copilot licences. AI runs on your own Azure OpenAI deployment and is billed by Azure, to you.
The product
Does a bot join our meetings?
No. Faa works from Teams transcripts. No bot joins the call, and no audio or video is recorded.
How do actions get into Planner?
The organiser ticks actions and sends them in one step, each with an owner and due date. Nothing is created without the organiser. Owners get a daily digest with at most three reminders per task, and can switch reminders off.
Does Faa work in Arabic?
Yes. The whole interface is in Arabic, right to left, and emails, Teams cards, Word files and Planner tasks follow the record's language. Records can also be dual-language.
Which calling platforms are supported?
Microsoft Teams today. Support for other calling apps is coming soon. See integrations.
